Words with capitalized initial letters hold specific meanings outlined below. These definitions apply equally whether they are used in singular or plural.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate: Refers to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with OrlaTV.
Country: Refers to California, United States.
Company: Refers to OrlaTV (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), operating via www.OrlaTV.com.
Device: Any internet-capable device such as a smartphone, tablet, or PC.
Service: Refers to OrlaTV and all digital IPTV services offered through www.OrlaTV.com.
Terms and Conditions: This document, representing the legal agreement between You and OrlaTV.
You: The individual or entity accessing or using OrlaTV’s services.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OrlaTV IPTV platform. By accessing OrlaTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be 18 years or older to use OrlaTV. By continuing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Termination

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to OrlaTV, or $100 if no payment has been made.

OrlaTV is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure. Use is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Dispute Resolution
If you have an issue with OrlaTV, we encourage you to reach out to us first at contact@orlatv.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter informally.
EU Users
If you reside in the EU, your local laws may apply in addition to these Terms.
US Legal Compliance
You confirm that you are not located in any restricted country and are not on any U.S. government blacklist.
Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
Translation Interpretation
In case of discrepancies between translated versions and this English version, the English version shall prevail.
